EXAIR’s new aluminium 2 ½” NPT and 3” NPT Threaded Line Vac Air Operated Conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim and other bulk materials. Their larger size makes them perfect for conveying bigger parts and large volumes of material over long distances. The Threaded Line Vac is designed to attach to standard plumbing pipe couplers, making it easy to build a complete system using pipe and fittings available from any home centre, hardware store or plumbers supply.

Threaded Line Vac Conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous and regulating the compressed air pressure provides infinite control of the conveying rate. Measure Air Usage Wirelessly on your Network

wireless-digital-flowmeterEXAIR's new Digital Flowmeters with wireless capability use a Zigbee® mesh network protocol to measure and monitor your compressed air use, trends, and historical data. Each meter has a range of 30 metres (100ꞌ) and transmits data to an Ethernet connected gateway. Each meter and gateway are configured for security and have 128-bit encryption for the wireless transmissions. Measuring compressed air is the first step toward identifying high compressed air use areas, compressed air leaks and optimizing air use.

Each meter ships with the wireless-to-Ethernet gateway, power supplies and installation tools. Compressed air monitoring is made easy by downloading the EXAIRlogger™ software for the Digital Flowmeters. With this software customers can graph the data, aggregate it to identify air use trends, or use it with other analytic software to effectively monitor air and save money. Airflow values are expressed in Standard Cubic Feet per Minute or Cubic Metres per Hour.

High Lift Chip Trapper Moves Liquid Farther and Higher

High Lift Chip Trapper removes the solids such as chips, swarf and shavings out of used coolants and other liquids with up to 4.5m (15’) of lift or 6m (20’) of horizontal vacuum. Extend the life of coolants and eliminate the worry of waste oil solids damaging equipment.

Metal chips in a machine sump can block the intake of the coolant pump which reduces the coolant flow and causes heat-related damage to the expensive parts and tooling. Regular cleaning of the sump with a High Lift Chip Trapper eliminates this problem, the lost production and downtime.

The compressed air powered High Lift Chip Trapper vacuums the dirty liquid into the included drum, trapping all the solids in a reusable filter bag. With a turn of the flow valve, clean liquid pumps back out. There are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. Safe operation is assured with built-in pressure/vacuum relief and an automatic safety shutoff to prevent spills or overfilling.

Back Blow Air Nozzle For Cleaning Tiny Inside Diameters

back-blow-air-nozzleEXAIR’s new Model 1004SS M4 Back Blow Air Nozzle has been designed to deliver the smallest, most effective airflow for blowing debris and liquids from small pipe or hose inside diameters, channel, bores, holes, internal threads and other internal part features. An array of holes provides a forceful 360 degree airflow to clear out coolant, chips and light oils from machining processes. This nozzle prevents blowing chips further into a part, tube or pipe and eliminates any safety hazard created by blowing debris out the far end of a pipe or tube.  

The Model 1004SS Back Blow Air Nozzle thread is M4 x 0.5 and manufactured with a small profile. This nozzle will fit inside openings as small as 6.3mm (1/4″) and is effective on diameters up to 25.4mm (1″). It is constructed of type 316 stainless steel to provide durability and superior resistance to corrosion. Installation is simplified and a secure fit is assured with flats milled on the body. Since airflow is directed back toward the operator, personal protective equipment is recommended. Chip shields to protect the operator from the exiting debris are available. Extension pipes in 152mm (6″), 305mm (12″), 610mm (24″) and 914mm (36″) lengths provide necessary reach for cleaning out longer tube and pipe diameters.

Small 316SS Cabinet Coolers Resist Heat and Corrosion

The wear, corrosion and oxidation resistance of Type 316 stainless steel assures long life and maintenance free operation. Cooling capacities up to 550 Btu/hr are ideal for small electrical enclosures and heat loads. Models with higher cooling capacities up to 5600 Btu/hr for NEMA 12, 4 and 4X enclosures are also available.

EXAIR Cabinet Coolers circulate -7°C (20°F) air throughout the enclosure to prevent high temperature malfunctions. They mount through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA 12, 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure. Cabinet Cooler Systems include an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure. EXAIR's 1/4 NPT internal mix 360 Degree Hollow Circular Pattern Atomizing Spray Nozzle atomises fluid and sprays away from the nozzle in all directions. Longer Super Air Knives Cover Wide Spans, Resist Temperature and Corrosion

EXAIR has expanded Stainless Steel Long Super Air Knives to include a maximum length of 108″ (2743mm) and is manufacturing all air knives 60″ (1524mm) and longer, which used to be two pieces, in one piece construction which eases installation and saves space. The corrosion resistant design ensures seamless airflow and withstands temperatures up to 427°C (800°F). Super Air Knives produce a laminar sheet of airflow to blow off, dry or cool large surfaces up to 108” (2743mm) wide. The energy efficient design minimises compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. It is ideal for blowing corrosive chemicals off parts, drying food products and cooling hot materials such as molten glass, castings and molded parts.

The Long Super Air Knives provide a uniform, high volume, high velocity curtain of air that is infinitely adjustable from a gentle blowing force to a hard-hitting blast of air. New No Drip External Mix Atomizing Nozzles Positively Stop Liquid Flow

The new, patent pending, No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles work in the same way our standard Atomizing Nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off.

When spraying any type of liquid, post-spray liquid flow can cause big problems. Unwanted drips can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces. The High Lift Reversible Drum Vac has been engineered to recover liquids found within below grade sumps, wells, underground tanks, pits and drains with up to 4.6 metres of lift. 

The High Lift Reversible Drum Vac's powerful vacuum can fill a 205 litre drum in just 85 seconds from 4.6 metres and, with the turn of a knob, the same stainless steel pump can quickly empty the drum. Since the High Lift Reversible Drum Vac is powered by compressed air, it has no electric motor to wear out and has no impellers to clog. In fact, the High Lift Reversible Drum Vac has no moving parts, assuring maintenance free operation. It is designed for continuous and heavy duty applications where electric vacuums fail, and can also be used for lighter duty applications.
