To ensure long-term performance, EXAIR has now released a new Chip Trapper Lid Rebuild Kit, designed to restore older units to optimal operating condition with minimal downtime.

Chip Trappers operate as pneumatic vacuums, meaning they have no moving parts to wear out and offer exceptional durability. However, over time, performance can be affected by worn sealing rings or chemical interaction between gaskets and sump coolant. The new Lid Rebuild Kit addresses these issues by replacing critical sealing components that may degrade with age.

Each kit includes replacement bulkhead fittings, quick-connect components, and sealing gaskets, along with a detailed instruction label that explains correct valve operation. By replacing these key parts, users can easily return an existing Chip Trapper to like-new performance without replacing the entire unit.
