EXAIR’S M4 Back Blow Air Nozzle delivers the smallest, most effective airflow for cleaning out small diameter tubes, pipes, channels or holes. Its forceful airflow can be used on diameters as small as 6.3mm (¼”) and up to 25.4mm (1”). Extensions for reaching farther into a pipe, tube, hose, channel or hole are available.
Model 1004SS, 1006SS and 1008SS Back Blow Air Nozzles
EXAIR’s Back Blow Air Nozzles have been designed to effectively blow debris and liquids from pipe or hose inside diameters, axle housings, bores, holes, internal threads and other internal part features found in hydraulic cylinders, gear boxes, differential housings and more. An array of holes provides a forceful 360-degree airflow to clear out coolant, chips and light oils from machining processes. These nozzles prevent blowing chips further into a part, tube or pipe and eliminate any safety hazard created by blowing debris out the far end of a pipe or tube. Since airflow is directed back toward the operator, personal protective equipment is recommended.
Extensions provide the necessary reach to clean out your pipe, tube, hose or channel. They are available in lengths up to 72” (1829mm). Chip Shields should be used to protect operators from flying debris.

Model 1008SS - 1” Back Blow Air Nozzle
EXAIR’s largest Back Blow Air Nozzle produces the greatest force for stubborn, sticky materials which may be inside pipes, tubes, hoses, channels or holes. It is capable of reaching into diameters from 51mm to 406mm (2” to 16”) so it can handle small and large diameters. Extensions are available.

Accessories
Filters, Regulators, Valves & More
With proper filtration of dirt, moisture and oil from the compressed air supply, EXAIR compressed air products will operate for years with no maintenance required. Use a 5 micron or smaller filter separator on the compressed air supply. To prevent problems associated with oil, use a 0.03 micron or smaller oil removal filter on the compressed air supply. Pressure regulators permit easy selection of the operating pressure, providing infinite control of flow, force and air consumption.
