Model 6013 and 6013SS High Velocity Air Jets
High Velocity Air Jets provide maximum thrust with a confined, directed airstream. This is the best choice for part ejection, chip removal and part drying applications.
Shims can be used to change the gap on the Model 6013 and 6013SS High Velocity Air Jets. Changing shims will alter air consumption, force, flow and vacuum capability. The Model 6313 Air Jet Shim Set for the High Velocity Air Jet includes a .006” (0.15mm) and a .009” (0.23mm) thick shim. A 0.15” (0.38mm) shim comes installed with the Model 6013 and 6013SS High Velocity Air Jet.

With proper filtration of dirt, moisture and oil from the compressed air supply, EXAIR compressed air products will operate for years with no maintenance required. Use a 5 micron or smaller filter separator on the compressed air supply. To prevent problems associated with oil, use a 0.03 micron or smaller oil removal filter on the compressed air supply. Pressure regulators permit easy selection of the operating pressure, providing infinite control of flow, force and air consumption.
