EXAIR’s 1/8 NPT FloodStream nozzles provide a superior spraying solution for an extensive range of industrial processes. These processes include, but are not limited to, cooling, rinsing, washing, coating, and dust control. Designed to provide a uniform, deflected flat fan spray pattern, this nozzle ensures efficient liquid distribution that is consistent across the full width of spray. Its clog-resistant design makes it a perfect choice for environments dealing with particulates or potentially viscous fluids. Available in type 303 stainless steel, the FloodStream nozzle supports a variety of flow rates, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems, or for use in newly designed builds. Whether you need precise spray control or effective dust suppression, the FloodStream nozzle from EXAIR is engineered to meet your requirements with exceptional performance, repeatability and durability.
EXAIR FloodStream nozzles are available with 1/8 NPT thread and are suitable for use up to 250 PSI liquid pressure.
How the HollowStream Cone Nozzle Works
With these nozzles, the atomizing fluid is supplied into the body of the nozzle where it is directed through the exit orifice, and deflected off the smooth, angled surface of the nozzle tip. The resultant spray shape is a wide-angle, deflected flat-fan pattern.
