What Is The Back Blow Safety Air Gun?
Back Blow Safety Air Guns are perfect for cleaning out the inside of pipe, tube, hose, or channels. EXAIR’s engineered Back Blow Nozzle provides a powerful 360° airflow through an array of holes to remove coolant, chips or debris. Available in our VariBlast, Soft Grip, Heavy Duty or Super Blast version, each gun style can be outfitted with an up to 72” (1829mm) extension to reach far into your application and provide airflow. VariBlast, Soft Grip and Heavy Duty Back Blow Safety Air Guns are outfitted with a Chip Shield to protect the operator from flying debris. Since airflow is directed back toward the operator, personal protection equipment is recommended.

The Super Blast Back Blow Safety Air Gun provides the strongest blowing force to remove debris from the largest pipe diameters and deepest channels. These guns are available with a 12” (305mm), 36” (914mm), and 72” (1,829mm) extension, a comfortable soft grip and a spring-loaded manual valve which will shut off automatically if it is dropped.

Filters, Regulators, Valves & More
With proper filtration of dirt, moisture and oil from the compressed air supply, EXAIR compressed air products will operate for years with no maintenance required. Use a 5 micron or smaller filter separator on the compressed air supply. To prevent problems associated with oil, use a 0.03 micron or smaller oil removal filter on the compressed air supply. Pressure regulators permit easy selection of the operating pressure, providing infinite control of flow, force and air consumption.
