Model 1122 and 1122SS 2” Flat Super Air Nozzle
EXAIR’s 2″ (51mm) Flat Super Air Nozzle is a highly efficient, unique flat air nozzle. The patented* design uses a special shim to maintain the critical position of the component parts. A precise amount of air is released through the thin slot, across a flat surface. The result is a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow with minimal air consumption and noise.
Flat air nozzles by other manufacturers use a series of holes that consume enormous amounts of compressed air, are loud and can be dangerous.
The airflow of the 2″ Flat Super Air Nozzle cannot be blocked and meets OSHA standards 29 CFR – 1910.95(a) and 1910.242(b).

With proper filtration of dirt, moisture and oil from the compressed air supply, EXAIR compressed air products will operate for years with no maintenance required. Use a 5 micron or smaller filter separator on the compressed air supply. To prevent problems associated with oil, use a 0.03 micron or smaller oil removal filter on the compressed air supply. Pressure regulators permit easy selection of the operating pressure, providing infinite control of flow, force and air consumption.
