Safely Convey Hot Gases and Fine Materials with EXAIR’s New High Temperature Threaded Line Vac

Compressed Air Australia is proud to introduce the latest innovation from EXAIR – the 3/8 NPT High Temperature Threaded Line Vac. Designed for demanding environments, this compact, stainless steel conveying system converts standard hose, tube, or pipe into a powerful in-line vacuum system capable of handling materials or gases at temperatures up to 482ºC (900ºF).

With NPT threaded ends for easy installation on standard piping, this robust unit is ideal for applications such as conveying fine materials, sampling hot flue gases, exhausting fumes, or transporting soot, ash, salt, and other high-temperature debris.

The High Temperature Threaded Line Vac operates using a small amount of compressed air to generate a strong vacuum and high conveying rate. It’s constructed from durable Type 303 or Type 316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to heat, corrosion, and contamination – making it a long-lasting solution in harsh conditions.

The unit’s performance is easily adjustable by regulating compressed air pressure, giving users precise control over conveyance rates to suit specific application needs. Plus, with no moving parts, the Line Vac ensures reliable, maintenance-free operation over time.

EXAIR’s High Temperature Threaded Line Vacs are CE compliant and available in nine sizes, ranging from 3/8″ to 3″. Additional models for larger-scale operations, including hopper loading, trim removal, small part transfer, and packaging, are also available in both smooth bore “clamp type” and NPT threaded versions.
