What are the temperature ratings of EXAIR Air Knives?
Aluminium Air Knife with plastic shim: 82°C (180°F)
Stainless Steel Air Knife with stainless steel shim: 427°C (800°F). If the temperature exceeds 427°C, this may result in intergranular corrosion that can eventually plug the air gap opening.
PVDF Air Knife with PTFE shim: 135°C (275°F)
